DocuSign requires special configuration actions outside of Authenticate. Please follow these steps to complete configuration for DocuSign, and then return to your automation-guided task list in Authenticate.
1. Make sure you have added DocuSign as an 'Approved Sender' in Authenticate for the domain you are configuring it for. This enables the SPF response for DocuSign.
2. Click on the DocuSign in the list of Approved Senders and then select Add DKIM Key.
3. Fill in the DKIM key information provided by DocuSign Support and then click Add.
Note: Please check with DocuSign Support if the DKIM Keys require extra steps for activation after they were published.
4. Once you’ve completed these steps, you can begin sending authenticated email using DocuSign.
