Valimail Enforce offers multiple reporting capabilities everything from high executive level reports to detailed tech information. The newest reporting feature for Valimail Enforce is the Service Alerts, this report will give you the ability to receive automatic email notifications when we detect new services sending email “from” your domain.

Once you enable this feature, Valimail will deliver a single alert to you, via email, whenever we discover a new email-sending service using your domain. This alert will include applicable details about that sender/service (date/time seen, volume, etc.), along with a link directing you to Enforce so you can take action.

In other words, Enforce will help you stay abreast of any new senders using your domains (to send email “from” one of your domains), without you even having to log in to the Enforce app.

Here’s an example of Enforce’s new-service notifications:

The goal of this new notification service is to ensure that you are not caught off guard by new email senders using your domain, and to ensure that you have the right information, at the right time, in the right format, to make critical decisions or take action to enable, or to block, those senders.

You’ll need to opt in to this service before it takes effect. To do that, click here to update your preferences for alerts from Enforce.

Or, you can log into Enforce and go to Enforce Settings > Alerts. From there you simply enter an email address and turn on the alert. Here is what that page looks like:
