A question from some of our Authenticate trial users is why we ask them to point DMARC, SPF and DKIM to us so quickly in the onboarding process.
This is because that customers who are paying to use the product want to move to enforcement quickly and accurately. We added those steps earlier in the onboarding process based on feedback from our Enforce users as well as feedback during our initial testing of Authenticate.
Once your organization has pointed the DMARC and SPF records to us, this allows us to gather the surface up the services detected being used in your domain(s) and allows you to quickly configure those DMARC-alignable services in our platform as tasks.
