SendinBlue requires special configuration actions outside of Authenticate. Please follow these steps to complete configuration for SendinBlue, and then return to your automation-guided task list in Authenticate.

1. Make sure you have added SendingBlue as an 'Approved Sender' in Authenticate for the domain you are configuring it for.

Note: If SendingBlue has not been approved, please do so now by following the steps below.

        a. From the Senders section, click on '+ ADD SENDER FOR [your domain]'.

        b. Choose 'SendinBlue' from the Service Name drop-down, and click 'ADD'.

2. The DKIM keys for SendinBlue will have to be generated from the SendingBlue Administrator Account in the SendinBlue platform, follow this 'How to Customize your DKIM signature' help article to generate the DKIM key.

3. Generate the DKIM key per the guide's instructions in step 2. Once the DKIM Key is generated, return to the Authenticate platform in order to publish the key.

      a. In the Authenticate Configuration tab click on 'ADD DKIM KEY'

       b. Add the DKIM selector and the Public TXT Key then click on ADD.

4. Once the key is successfully published, return to the SendinBlue Admin Console and click on 'RECORD ADDED. PLEASE VERIFY IT.

Note: Some customers who use Sendinblue, have reported that they have not been able to pass the verification from the Sendinblue Dashboard. This can happen because Sendinblue has an automated script to check for their include value being set in your SPF record. They cannot parse the standard SPF record we provide our customers and in that case, this is the solution:

Add their include after our standard record until the validation step has occurred: v=spf1 include:%{i}._ip.%{h}._ehlo.%{d}._spf.vali.email include spf.sendinblue.com ~all
