emBlue requires special configuration actions for DKIM inside of Authenticate. Please follow these steps to complete the configuration for emBlue, and then return to your automation-guided task list in Authenticate.
1. Make sure you have added emBlue as an 'Approved Sender' in Authenticate for the domain you are configuring it for.
Note: If emBlue has not been approved, please do so now by selecting it from the ‘Service Name’ dropdown. For full instructions, read the ['Adding a service' guide].
2. You will now need to add the DKIM key for emBlue. Open the emBlue configuration page in Authenticate and click 'ADD DKIM KEY'
3. Add the following values for the DKIM key.
Public Key: MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQC92DPEfr8M28KVopiGVgDo3uYLBtSgNIsarAUjOTLiW2LGC + k2WrEBTIyk / XM + N6mUZc9mf7hlrw3zG2T975IPKk1eg4XnqDj45xpKplqyvDFgehuARlSzv1dp2NlqayECXihlFwrtzvXXoEv / 9QiH3Efaii / GeMsVqYrxBNSHmQIDAQAB
4. Once you’ve completed these steps, you can begin sending authenticated emails using emBlue.
