Help Scout requires special configuration actions outside of Authenticate. Please follow these steps to complete the configuration for Help Scout, and then return to your automation-guided task list in Authenticate.
1. Make sure you have added Help Scout as an 'Approved Sender' in Authenticate for the domain you are configuring it for.
Note: If Help Scout has not been approved, please do so now by selecting it from the ‘ADD SENDER’ dropdown. For full instructions, read the ['Adding a service' guide].
2. The default DKIM keys for Help Scout will be added automatically by Authenticate.
3. Now log in to your Help Scout account and go to 'Settings > Outgoing Email' and click the 'Test Settings' button to activate the DKIM keys as described here in the Help Scout documentation.
4. Once you’ve completed these steps, you can begin sending authenticated email using Help Scout.
