StatusPage requires special configuration actions outside of Authenticate.

Please follow these steps to complete configuration for StatusPage, and then return to your task list in Authenticate.

1. StatusPage will require you to publish an SPF include aside the Valimail Macro in order to complete the DNS checks. The reason for this is that they do periodic DNS checks. You can find more information here.

I.E.  yourdomain.    TXT    v=spf1 include:%{i}._ip.%{h}._ehlo.%{d}._spf.vali.email include:stspg-customer.com ~all

Note:
To setup a dedicated subdomain, you can follow the steps provided here.

2. Sign into your StatusPage account and generate CNAME records for SPF and DKIM by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Your page > Customize page and email.

  2. Click the Customize email tab.

  3. Fill in the value for Send from email field. We recommend the following format: "Company Support <support@company.com>".

  4. Optionally, you can also set a separate Reply to email if you need to route responses elsewhere.

  5. Click Save email customizations, and a new link will appear to get you started with the SPF and DKIM process.

  6. Proceed to Your page > DNS configuration.

Note
You can find more detailed information about the setup process here.

3. Publish the third CNAME record and the Domain Ownership record in your DNS. This will allow StatusPage to publish an SPF record for the selected subdomain.

4. Add the 3 DKIM keys in Authenticate (the 2 spg selectors and the mailo selector) by clicking 'Add a DKIM key' from the DKIM management section.

5. Enter the selector name, CNAME/TXT target value and associate the keys with StatusPage.

5. Go back to StatusPage DNS configuration page, click on Validate/Revalidate all records.

Once you have completed these steps, you can begin sending authenticated email using StatusPage.
