Sometimes you might need to add another aggregate reporting address in your DMARC record, especially if you do not want your regular email address filled up with aggregate reports emails.
Or you can change the purpose or scope of the initial reporting address you had set in the DMARC record and wish to add a new one.
This can be done in Enforce/Align very quickly and easily.
Note: This feature is not available for Monitor users.
Note: In order for you to be able to perform this action in Enforce/Align, your domain must point DMARC to Valimail with an NS record.
How do I add an additional reporting address using the redesigned configuration page?
1. Log into your Valimail account.
2. Click on DOMAINS.
3. Click on the domain that you wish to make this change for.
4. Click on the DMARC Record config button.
5. Click on +ADD EMAIL.
6. Add your additional reporting address and then click on ADD RECIPIENT. Then click OK.
