How to set up email authentication for CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

DMARC requires the domain in the “From” address of the email (what the recipient sees) to match the information authenticated by SPF or DKIM. This is called DMARC alignment.

Certain email service providers require bulk email-sending domains to authenticate their emails with both SPF and DKIM, in addition to configuring one of these authentication methods for DMARC alignment. You can read more about these bulk sender requirements here.

Configure email authentication for CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

If you are an Enforce or Align user and your domain's SPF and/or DKIM records are pointed to Valimail, follow the steps below to add these records to the domain configuration in Valimail.

Add CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 to the SPF configuration in Valimail

Once you establish that CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to configure the service as an Enabled Sender in your domain's configuration.
