Updated over a week ago

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Bloomerang and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

To setup DKIM for your Bloomerang emails, please contact Bloomerang support at [email protected] or initiate a live chat online by clicking on the question mark icon on the top right of your database, and selecting Live Chat Online.

They will provide you with the DKIM records for your domain.
