How to set up DMARC for mindSHIFT in Valimail

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for mindSHIFT and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

To setup DKIM for your mindSHIFT emails, please contact mindSHIFT support at [email protected] or call them at 855-535-7262.

Please note that you will need to be logged in with your mindSHIFT account in order to access the support links from their database.

Once you establish that mindSHIFT is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
