What it does
The Netblock Management report looks at every netblock authorized on your domains and compares it against Valimail's catalog of known email service providers. Where it finds a match, it tells you which service the IP range belongs to and offers to replace the raw IP entry with the named sender.
Converting to a named sender means Valimail maintains that sender's IP ranges for you. When the provider changes infrastructure, your configuration follows automatically instead of silently breaking.
Where to find it
Open a domain in Enforce and go to Reports → Netblock Management. The report is scoped to the domain you're viewing.
Acting on a suggested match
Review the suggested sender and confirm it's a service you recognize and expect to be sending on your behalf.
Select Enable sender to replace the netblock entry with the named sender.
If you don't recognize the sender, or you want to keep the raw IP entry as-is, you can “Keep as Netblock”.
Common questions
Does enabling a sender break my current mail flow?
Enabling a sender authorizes the provider's full published IP range, which normally includes the netblock you're replacing. Delivery should be unaffected. If a row covers IPs outside the provider's published ranges, review it before converting.
Why does the same sender appear on multiple rows?
A provider may authorize several separate IP ranges on your domain. Each appears as its own row.
A netblock we don't recognize appears in Suggested Matches. What now?
Treat it as a finding worth investigating rather than a row to clear. An unrecognized service authorized to send as your domain is a configuration issue regardless of what the report recommends. Reach out to your CSM if you'd like help tracing it.
How often does the report refresh?
Matching runs against your current domain configuration, so newly added netblocks appear on the next evaluation.
Limitations
This is a Labs feature, and behavior may change. Matching depends on the provider being in Valimail's catalog and publishing its IP ranges, so coverage of the No Match list will improve over time as the catalog grows.
